From I-95, exit at 45th St and travel east. Make an immediate left at the first light on Corporate Way, Burger King will be on your left. Take the third left into Mizner Place (just around the corner past the blue mailbox). Turn into the parking lot and go right. The Lighthouse will be on your left at suite #210. There is plenty of parking and accessible parking.
