Recipes for Success is a non-profit program of Extraordinary Charities that provides culinary training and employment opportunities for typically underserved individuals.

Our mission is to empower both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals through culinary education and workforce development, creating pathways to economic stability and success.

Founded in 2022, the program has trained and employed a growing number of graduates, helping to transform lives and communities. Recipes for Success is committed to breaking barriers and creating opportunities for all.
